Westminster Students Share a Message of Hope with Students in Asheville
Mrs. Heetderk's art students sent a message of hope to students from Asheville Christian Academy (ACA) who were affected by Hurricane Helene. Watch this video to see Westminster students handcraft key chains with personalized art that symbolizes how God's love is with us in both the good and bad times. Elementary Principal Caleb Lopez delivered the key chains to ACA's art teacher, Mrs. Christine Patete, who was a former art teacher at Westminster.
In addition to praying for this school and their families, the Elementary's Noisy Offering for the second quarter will benefit this devastated community. The school experienced severe flooding and has moved to a local church while repairs are being made to the campus. Take a moment to hear from Mrs. Patete and view the damage that took place at the school. We are grateful to be able to come alongside this school and families during this time of need.
Westminster Christian School, located in Palmetto Bay, Florida, is a private, college-preparatory school for children from preschool through twelfth grade.
