Founded in 1961, Westminster Christian School enrolls approximately 1,000 students in grades pre-K3 through 12.  Westminster is located in the midst of tropical splendor a quarter mile from Biscayne Bay and 15 miles south of Miami, Florida.

We are looking to build upon the exceptional team of educators already here and are eager to talk with anyone who wants to be part of the best, who has the track record and personality to make them a contender, and who is ready to work hard to create the best Christian School in paradise.  Positions currently available are:

These people, and any others interested in joining the Westminster team, will be called to put their vision and leadership skills to work improving an already exceptional Christian school. Successful candidates will meet all the usual academic and experience requirements, but they will not be mere pedagogues. They will be Christian educators with a passionate desire to create a Christian school that will be a paradigm for others. They will exhibit our characteristics of an excellent Christian teacher. We are looking for people able to articulate and implement an educational philosophy based in a reformed, evangelical theology.  We are looking for people with strong, well defended opinions who are also team players. We are looking for confident, creative, energetic people who know that education is too serious to be entrusted to those who take themselves too seriously.
